Paris -- Paris began experimenting bus without a driver in an attempt to revolutionize transportation using automated vehicles.

Two electric buses with passenger capacity of 10 people, went into operation on Monday (23/1). The bus without the driver was operating in special lanes, a bridge that connects the two train stations, in the east of the city center.

"Autonomous vehicles represents a revolution in all cities in the world. This will change the urban environment and public spaces in the next 20 years, "said Deputy Mayor of Paris Jean-Louis Missika, told AFP.
