Lunar New Year is the most important celebration of the Chinese people. Celebration of Chinese New Year begins on the first day of the first month (Chinese: 正月; pinyin: Zheng Yue) in the Chinese calendar and ends with Cap Go Meh 十五 冥 元宵节 in the fifteenth date (at the time of the full moon).
Lunar New Year's Eve is known as Chuxi which means "New Year's Eve".In China, customs and traditions of the area associated with the Chinese New Year celebration is very diverse. However, all of which share many common themes such as banquet dinner on New Year's Eve, as well as the ignition of fireworks.

Allah Ta'ala commands us to enter into Islam kaaffah as mentioned in the verse,يا أيها الذين آمنوا ادخلوا في السلم كافة ولا تتبعوا خطوات الشيطان إنه لكم عدو مبين"O ye who believe, enter into Islam as a whole, and do you share the steps of Satan.

So to celebrate the Islamic festival in addition to including the words of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam,
أبغض الناس إلى الله ثلاثة ملحد فى الحرم, ومبتغ فى الإسلام سنة الجاهلية, ومطلب دم امرئ بغير حق ليهريق دمه
"People who are hated by God there are three: (1) a person who spread corruption in the land illegally, (2) do the teachings of ignorance in Islam, and (3) to shed the blood of another person without the right path." (HR. Bukhari no. 6882).
